Now I have to fix up my old kart so I can ride with the kids. I have an old one that has a fiberglass Gremlin body on it. My Grandfather got it for me many many years ago new from an AMC dealership. Could be, but my Grandfather got it for me and he is no longer with us, so it has more value to me by keeping it.
He got it for me when my race kart with the 2 stroke McCollach kept blowing up. I was about 10 or so.......
The next step for my Nephew is a Jr. Dragster. Next season he will be old enough to compete with the NHRA. :thumb:

Yeah, but that was HIS toy. The only thing of any great value that I recieved as a kid was my first bicycle (Columbia single speed) for my birthday in 5th grade. :bawling:
I had one without the roll bar. I swear that thing went 25 mph. Lots of fun - I did go through more than a few sets of tires. Try to find a source for them and stock up so you arent stuck when you need 'em.
Mark I don't know what to tell you. I do not have or want kids of my own so I can do these things for them. And I have never even been on a plane.....
Craig you lucky bastage, I have an "Uncle" with 2 Vipers but he rarely takes them out of the garage. But that is another story.
MP the kart does 30-34 mph depending on the weight it has on it at the time. This is as per their website. But that will be kicked up a few mph as time goes on.
Oh and about tires, being in the lawn equipment business I can get whatever I want for cost. :thumb:
First thing to do is a header and K&N, then different weights in the clutch.
