My best memory from high school is when I banged the entire cheerleading squad. Actually that was just a dream I had last night, but it's better than my real high school memories. They said high school was the best years of your life. Well it was pretty cool in some ways, but life just seems to get better and better.
Best memory I have of high school is banging a cheerleader on a road trip on the back of the bus while everyone else went in to eat. Classic shit there. Doesn't get any better

... And then you woke up and had all this gooey stuff inside your tightie whities...
This is such a great thread....but I wonder why so many of your memories are about sex instead of what High School was REALLY about: All School Friday Football Pep Rallies in the Auditorium. Oh sure....unbridled sex in the back of a bus while your friends are eating rooty tooty fresh and fruity's can be fun...but nothing beats filing into the auditorium and standing there while your classmates cheer you on to such great tunes as "2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate?" and ra-ra-re hit 'em on the knee ra-ra-ras kick 'em in the "bleep". And the way they seated everyone in the building....players in the middle....geeks in the lower balcony....soon to be gay cheerleaders in the right front....football groupies just behind the players in the middle....and the school whores down front(ALWAYS the most popular group). Just standing there listening to the 60 member band on the stage cranking out the school song still brings tears to my eyes....not because it makes me sad but because I still laugh at the fact that 60 people would dress up with their instruments and then crowd onto a stage that holds about 10.....
We never won more than two games a year but those damn Pep Rallies were a hoot....and even though I remained a virgin for years after(never could get someone to hook me up with the group down front)....I still treasure those memories.

WOW, when you were High School age the actually had High Schools
Are Clark, Eric, and I the ONLY people here who weren't getting laid in high school? Dayum, you people are loose!
That is one thing I do remember, I was dating a lovely Jewish girl and we used to sneak over to the grammer school my mom worked as a secretary after school and sneak into the stage area in the gymnasium and boink away on the aptly named crash mats. It felt like we were so daring, at any time a janitor could have walked in on us, so scary. In retrospect, not so daring, just kinda normal. Wonder if the janitor ever figured out what the strange stains on the mats were?
The movie "Dazed and Confused" was just like my high school years.
Not as much as it was mine. That movie was about the Austin Tx, Anderson HS graduating class of '76. When and where Hog and I graduated. You have no idea how weird it is for us to watch that movie.

No kidding, that was us, man... Those were damned sure some loose times....
I was having a conversation with my better third the other day and mentioned this thread. She is a huge fan of the D and C movie and thought it very cool that it was modeled after folks on this site.
That said....I am rapidly approaching my 40th High School reunion.....FORTY FRIGGIN' YEARS!.....sex, drugs and rock-n-roll did not kill me as they said it would....however, I did go blind due to some pretty constant chickin' chokin....
You guys were definitely outrageous....I had no idea that the movie was made about your class....movie is a damn cult favorite.
That was us to a T. I could almost pick myself out in that movie as I'm sure PB could too. The neighborhoods were the same, the Top Notch burger joint is all real. Hell I've even taken Mikala to it just for the novelty of eating in the famous Dazed & Confused hangout. The trashcanning mailboxes was right on. Moon-towers ... bull creek keggers. Stoners, ropers, cheerleaders and jocks.
Was it fun? Hell yes it was fun. Parents were clueless back then and we got away with murder. I think I spent my entire senior year drinking beer out at lake Travis ... and that was during school days. I have no idea how I graduated. It was a fog punctuated by street racing, mayhem, foosball in the Armadillo basement, creative abuse of Eric Fancher, a continual state of flight from the authorities and general tawdry behavior. Good times.
