Wish I'd have traded about a bajillion US$ for .63 awhile back. Could have pulled a 28% return just sitting on it. What was that, a year ago? Someone post a chart...
True story, in 1983 we started a partnership with a company in Japan, it was a pain in the ass because I had to re-edit every movie we had at the time to conform to Japan's laws. Thay paid us in Yen (cash) 250 yen to a dollar, we put it in a safety deposit box. 2 years later the exchange rate was 125 Yen to a dollar, we cashed in and doubled out money (and there was lots of it)
It just goes to show that when the US tries to make funny looking multi-colored money like Canada, the value will go down. This simply means that at this moment, our "new & improved"money is uglier than yours.

But you still have to live in Canada, so it's kind of a wash.
Knock Canada all you want but it's earthquake, hurricane, scorpian and centipede free since....well, pretty well forever.
And free healthcare!
I've had extensive blood tests, chest x-rays, heart stress test, and am going for a brain CT Scan on June 14th all for the total price of nothing! Zero, nadda, zilch!
Now if you'll excuse me I have to go give the government 50% of what I work for.
.....you never know when you'll get hit with a flying hockey puck eh.
Speaking of which, do you ever notice how in a game with 1 puck on the ice, every player wears a helmet. But in the warmup when there are 100 pucks flying around, there are only a few players wearing helmets?
