Now this is a great way to sell your home...(in Sarasota at least)
I was looking through a Sarasota business magazine tonight and found a local Sarasota real estate broker ad that offers a cool way to view homes for sale.
So I thought I would post up the link not only to see how they did it but if anything...to enjoy looking at some really sweet homes.
click the little "next" tab in the lower right to see the next home. Some are just jaw dropping estates.
3 acres on the bay and the most amazing detail inside. 10,000 hours on the woodwork in the study alone, just to give an example. It is a Palm Beach level property. Owner is in the Casino biz.
I have two now. I got a red one for my Birthday. Just ask Cudaman.
That is correct Chad and I went in together and bought Toby his second Enzo.

You know what Guys...
How about I just cash in a few CD's and buy this one so you two can drive either Enzo anytime...
Beach and bay view on Casey Key for only 20 Million!
and to think, if this property goes up in value 10% (most likely a lot higher) a year one would earn 2,000,000.00 a year just watching the waves come in every day.
Hey thats a new Enzo plus some gas money every year for being a beach bum!

I just don't know.
So the year after next and a hurricane comes through and turns that little area into a smear?

I don't like that one so much. It just looks like a big golf course community house, not a real estate.
And expect $600,000 in taxes, insurance and maintenance to keep that puppy.

Those are the same people that I bought the new Heffner mansion from. It's very similar to the house above in the respect that they both have walls, windows, roofs, kitchens, etc... There are a few differences though.
