The "stripe delete" option triples the suggested retail price.

I wasn't even there, but.......
Here are some more pics. I'll probably take some more at the LBGP next weekend.

That dude thought your wife was hot.
That is all, he didn't pay 450 for it, he was just trying to impress some tail (this is not meant to be disparaging in any way, I know neither you nor your wife).

What he forgot to tell her was the other 2 that came for that price are still at home. Either that or maybe that was the eddie bauer edition.

Nice looking coupe, CAP! After seeing this car and the Tungsten without stripes (pics only, granted) I would never have a solid color on this car except perhaps Black, and after having a black car years ago I will never have another! Especially in dusty West Texas!

Cap,
You got one Awesome wife, who:
1. Ignores a tool after asking to take pics of his GT.
2. Takes great pics and should be commended for them.
3. Brings the great photos home to share with you.
I ask you... How Cool is that!?
You and her have your priorities straight!
Cheers,
Jay K.

Either he is stupid, or he thought your wife was. Some guys throw around big numbers to impress women ... Or so I've heard :-)

How many people would know how much a GT goes for I wonder. General population, that is. So maybe he thought he could get away with it.
But how stupid does he look now?

I always get the "oh you mean Mustang GT?" When someone asks what I got or what it is. Most people have no clue. As a matter of fact there is a thread going on now on the GT forum lamenting this very issue. For some reason a bunch of the owners feel the general population should be educated with regard to the car, knowledgable regarding the pricing, and faint every time one goes by!

Do you guys find that people in general think the Vipers cost a LOT more than they really do.I've had people guesstimate the price of my Viper in the 100k range............way off.
