New Terrorist Attack in England?

My buddy from London e-mailed mine today to tell me there has been some explosions at an oil depot near London. BBC story He also said that his girlfriend's friend saw a plane crash into the facility just before the explosion. Anyone hear about this?

statement released no aircraft involved, they think it was an accident, though a major one. Guess they wont know more until the fire is under control, at the moment 100+ fire crews are trying to stop the rest of the site/oil depots from going up, they havent started to tackle the blaze

article says 20 storage tanks each holding 3 million gallons went up...poof
