Hummer H3

I like 'em. And they seem fairly decent on gas - that is to say they get the same kinda mileage as my Grand Cherokee 6 banger.

Anyone got an opinion or know where I can get a decent lease on one? I saw this James Hummer Outlet in NJ has a "special" of $900.00 down and $299.00 a month for 24 month lease. But it didnt list the option and I suspect that it is a stripped down base model. I would like leather and the luxury package at least.

Discuss.

sounds like a good lease, adding options shouldnt change the payment alot

That's what I thought, but after looking on their website, the base model is just under $30K, and with the luxury package and other option I was (bigger tires, runnign baords, roof lights, two tone leather, etc.) It pushes the price up nearly another $8,000 - and that wasn't even fully loaded!

Maybe I should wait a year to see if they hold their value well?

And there is no new thing under the sun. They were called "Landrunners" -- slightly more functional than you'd initially guess, but way overpriced, and now out of business. Also they looked like ass.

I can't believe anyone is interested in an h3.Then I couldn't believe anyone would pay so much for the macho look wimpy drive line unable to tow an atv or plow h2. GTS Bruce
