I've got a 2004 silver/black E55 with 13K miles for sale. Asking 69,900 which is right around wholesale value. You can see pics at www.rpmexotics.com. The car is in mint condition. The car will hit autoweek this week and be in the next dupont registry so I wanted to give fellow Viper owners first crack at it.
My point is, there is no shortage of them listed in the same range on various sites online. I guess to warrant attention in a forum post, I was expecting to see a price that was unusually low, not one that I could find with 10 seconds of searching around online.

No big deal, just making conversation.
That's cool.... just wanted to let people know what true "wholesale" pricing is currently so they have a basis for comparison.
Definitely a GOOD price, I probably should have added that.
And I'm amazed at the number of fucked-up Benzes, even low-miles ones, that seem to be floating around out there. It's surprisingly hard to find one that hasn't been scratched all to hell and back. Weird.
Oooo... Distronic. Gadget lust. Finding a car with Distronic is like finding a Z06 owner without a gold chain. I've heard about it, but I'll believe it when I see it.
It's gotta have keyless go on my next car. My next car when I walk up to it is gonna, open the door, set the seat TO MY POSITION, set my radio stations, mirrors, temp and wash my balls....then start with the pust of a button!
From what I read on MBWorld, KeylessGo sounds like a pain in the ass ... but on the other hand, those folks don't appear to be especially bright on average.

really? I've never used it but I like the idea. shit, if it doesn't work I don't want the car.
Keyless go is a must. Had it on my last four cars and miss it on the others. Always pushing on the gear shift when parked to turn off the car or pulling on the handle to get in, only to realize it is another car.

Seriously, keyless go is great.
Chad...you need it in the Viper 'cause when that thing starts you need both hands on the wheel!
