3 1/2 miles of 5-strand barb-wire fence is coming down....
Starting this weekend, my two sons and I are going to don the snake bite kits, white mule gloves and wire cutters to start taking down 3.5 miles of fence in preparation for the dozer work that has to be done before we high fence the 4B Ranch.
I'll be expecting, Eric, Dean and Mark O out at the 4B by 7:00 AM Saturday morning. Don't forget the gloves boys!
Bring the wives too. They can help Tammie plant rye grass on the tank dams!

Damn you and your 500 acre ranch Pablo! If I go out there to help tear down miles of "bob waar" fence I'm going to want that spread renamed to 4BS
After all, what do you want from me? I'm already workin for you on our <ahem> other li'l project. Do you want me to write code that weekend or shoot snakes? Make up your mind.

Weeztones, you snake digger! Hell no it's not pink, it's a tan snake skin cover.
I like the recon better than the Kodiak although the Kodiak has an aother 150 cc of motor and has selectable 4WD. I'm just a standard transmission kinda guy I guess.

Yeah, Toby, every time I'm out there at night and see the distant lights of Abilene some 30 miles away, I get this claustrophobic feeling and it just pisses me off!

Eric, you come help us wreck that fence out and I'll fence off a couple of acres of the best part and name it the 5S!
Now, if I could just get Dean up here with one of his D7's, I'd be in like Flint!
Where are ya Deano? Pig's on the spit!

Agreed on the bit about the extra weight on the ATV's but on the bit about the pink cover, you can just kiss my Red5.

Yep, it won't be as fun as flying through the Davis Mountains with my Viper buds that's for sure but it's got to be done. Once down and rolled up, we'll haul it to a salvage yard.
Then...... we'll doze the fence lines to get ready to high fence it! Yeeha!

Brian, you don't EVEN have to bring the Old #7. I will provide that but in moderation of course since the Texas sun will cause even the strongest of us to dehydrate and pass out after a night of generous helpings of Old #7.
regarding the job...think pain. Think of having to chase off clutches of rattlers. Think of fighting off swarms of yellow jackets. Think of having to tip-toe through the massive patches of prickly pear. Think of having to watch your back for bobcat, wild hogs and badgers. HEY! Come to think of it, this is starting to sound more and more like Arizona, you should be RIGHT AT HOME!
Bring it on big boy but be sure and bring some long sleeved shirts and your white mule gloves. I'll provide the fence cutters.

Helluva sales job Paul. Believe I'd rather run out of gas in an Israeli tank in the back alleys of a Tikrit slum. Pop my head out the hatch wearing a yarmulke and shout "Can any of you fucking wogs get me a slurpy and a can of gas? Oh yeah, and bring me a whole roasted Palestinian baby while you're at it!"

How beautiful that looks. I can't imagine what it would be like to live like that. Wow, I really need to move. I keep asking myself why I stay in New York? I would love to blast around on one of those ATV's (The PINK one of course) I know, I know...it's not pink.
I'll help you cut down that fence, just have a good pair of work gloves for me and I'm there, I wouldn't want to ruin my manicure hehehe!!

It sounds like fun besides draging foolie down there to see him work would be worth it. He can be in charge of refreshments.
