So I'm selling my once used G-Force SFI 3/2A drivers suit because I lost weight and the XXL drapes a little. This guy from West Africa emails me to send pics, so I did. Got a reply this morning, the $300 price is OK and he has a friend in "The States" that owes him $1,700. His friend will send me a cashiers check for $1,700 and I am should send him the suit & $1,400

I agree, tell him it's a deal, then when you get the check, email him after a few days and say that the check didn't go through the bank, there must be some sort of a problem with it and to issue another.
Then send him some junk in a box COD. Perhaps send a fake check of your own, like something printed up on a printer really bad or something like that. Sort of like a kid would do with a picture of Goofy instead of a dead president.
Just have some fun.

That happened to me a while back. Just drag it out for a while and let them think they are going to dupe you. Have fun with it.
