I found that I like the image, but felt that to use Smackie's would be incorrect.

I do agree with some of his thoughts.

There is notthing wrong with being kind and charitable to others, so long as you can protect what is yours.

Dude, if you are a Christian you need to walk the walk.
If not, then there are other choices.
I left Christianity behind because of the rampant hypocrisy of many of its followers
and the fact that with the beliefs I have and the things I do and have done
I'd be a hypocrit to call myself Christian.

But to remain a Christian AND to sully the teachings of Christ
who I truly believe was a great man and worthy of worship
is the worst thing that you could do
both for yourself and the religion.

After several years in catholic schools and in the catholic studies, I think I can hold my own.
