This plan actually sounds like it has some potential.
I think you need some refinement. Girl's bball isn't where its at. I'd try girls' softball. If you like em tall, try volleyball. Cheerleading is a good one but since no one gets recruited for cheerleading it might be tough to pull off. However, cheerleaders are typically pretty dumb so you could probably convince them you had some "scholarships" available. Or, you could just tell them you were from the State Cheerleading Board conducting a search for the state's peppiest cheerleading squad. Tell them that their rival school is currently in the lead and you want to know what they're willing to do to win.
