Drove 20 minutes to the DMV to get the title changed. Pulled into the lot and signs all over the building told me: "Closed for renovation". Can they DO that?

An accident on the Fwy enabled me to make it back to work in 45 more minutes.

Net accomplishment: zilch.

Guess I'll give it a try at another DMV tomorrow.
