Ebay ACR for sale??

a gts shown on ebay for sale. listed as an rt10 yet claiming to be an acr but pic is a gts? WTF. rims are not acr, no harnesses, etc. anyone know this sale? sounds like a scam, i want an acr but not a gts with simply acr badges which is all this car appears to have. if this is a scam then people who do shit like this should be beat with ragged bamboo sticks in a public square until they are unconscious.

I saw this car the other day and all I could think about was how off the hood looked and why would you take pictures in the mud like that.

It looks like a wrecked or salvage ACR with GTS rims and seats....I agree, his feedback is horrible.

Looks a lot like my 2000 Steel Grey, although in much worse condition. Says it's an '02. Could be the hood just isn't latched all the way; still looks like shit.

Glad I got the B&M shifter and MGW ball, that stock shifter looks fugly tall...

very few actually were ordered without the comfort group. They are hella rare if you can find one. I think I've only seen one in person.

The reason I thought they all were is because the one we had in new inventory for over a year was without either. We finally sold it with a couple hundred miles at the end of summer.

You should look up that VIN. It will tell you whether it's an ACR. (I think.)

I would do it but I forget where the "legend" thing is that spells out what all the alpha-numeric places in the VIN designate. Craig201MPH? You out there?

Edit: I just looked in my service manual and now I don't think ACRs are differentiated in the VINs. Oh, well. Nice idea.

Yeah, it's an ACR. I don't know why I didn't do that to start with. Originally from Katy, Tx.

However you are right, you can't differentiate....

1. He got the color wrong.
2. He got the number of models made wrong ( 1 of 17, not 15)
3. The wheels are GTS' not BBS' like he says there are in the ad
4. The racing harnesses aren't attatched, WTF?
5. 31k miles seems kind of high for an 02
6. His feedback sucks
7. He includes the following sentence "The wonderful condition of this vehicle leads us to believe it has been garage kept." WTF is that suppose to mean?
8. And lastly, where did he take these pics...a rock quarry??

The VIPER GTS ACR stickers on the side is way off where it should be. Too high and to the right.

Checked Carfax and come up as a GTS-L, but was bought at a salvage auction on 5-6-03 and has accidents(as in plural)....
