Any structural engineers?
Any one see a risk of damage to my slab through use of a 1331 pound Genie IWP 25S one-man scissor lift platform (like a cherry picker, but it goes straight up). I worry that the weight per square inch on the wheels (and, then, the outriggers) could somehow damage the slab. If it damages the hardwoods, those are replaceable (and I'll put cardboard and plywood down in any event). But does anyone have any thoughts/experience on how much weight a slab can take in a narrow area without risk of cracking?

Re: Any structural engineers?
What is your slab thickness? What is the slab sub base?

I honestly don't know--I can try to look when I get home tonight. I am assuming a 12" tension cable slab, not sitting on piers.

No problem. You are distributing a little more than 1/2 ton over four rubber wheels plus the outriggers. The loading per sq. ft. will be minimal.
I'm no structural/civil engineer, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

If you know enough to post the above, you know enough to eye-ball it and satisfy yourself that no problem will be encountered.
FWIW, I think your psi loading will be well within the slab's strength.

Thanks for the input. I think I will use the "sidewalk test." If it doesn't crack my sidewalk, it won't crack my slab. I'm going to put some plywood-over-cardboard down to protect the hardwood floor anyway, which will also help distribute the weight a bit.
And Cap--you overrate me. Remember, as a lawyer, it's my job to sound like I know what I'm doing even when I have no clue whatsoever.

If it cracks your slab, you live in a shitbox. Cover it and move out.
