In a time and day of society where it seems everyone could care less about each other, it is really nice to see that you too will go out of your way to help out a friend in need.

When I borke my ankle I was in a cast for 6 weeks. It's going to suck if they have to re-set it. Be sure to get a color that matches your viper. It's crazy the looks you get when you get out of a Viper with a cast on then hop to the back of the car and pull out cruches. Give it a try it'll put a smile on your face.
Is it on the outer or inner part of the foot? It could be a growth center that never fused with the rest of the bone. Since it is chronic, you should ask for a walking boot instead of a cast; at least you wouldn't have to worry about hitting the clutch and brake at the same time. Not to mention, after a couple weeks the stink will autograph traffic to a minimum...
