>>> Business Investment -- looking for partners <<<
Hey guys,
I am in a diversification mode right now and starting to invest into different things. While I have been and still am investing in the market, I would prefer to invest into some start-ups or purchase some existing businesses. That being said, I am looking for 1 or 2 partners that want to do the same. Most investments will require at least a $100K investment on your side. Some of the stuff I do is pretty solid and stable, while others (like the $250K on my side being put into a nightclub here in San Diego, is a quite a bit more risky.) Obviously I am open to great ideas.
Looking for real honest, good people to work with. I am hoping to do a new investment every few months. If interested, drop me a PM and we'll talk. I currently am the full owner, investor or partner in two software companies, a biotech company, an auto repair store, and also as mentioned invested in the market and a couple other companies inluding one where a few of you are heavily invested (Rockstar, Highroller, etc.)
Most of the things I get involved with require almost no hands on experience or work from my side, as I simply do not have the time. I have been pretty happy with what I have done so far and since doing this a couple years ago, I have had no losses or failures yet (and yes, I have had plenty back in the past when learning everything.)
Take care,
Manny
PS: What kinds of business do you guys feel or know you can get into for under $500K that can give you a full return on your investment in under 3 years? Obviously, the software business is one for me, as I can see full returns in under a year. Another member on here told me a full service car wash does it quickly, and I have seen big ones in this area for sale in the mid 6 figures to even the 7 figure sale prices (mostly all cash business.)

Yes, but it's been better. Having Baby Girl #4 and with my current workload, I've spent little time promoting the site for the past year; as such sales are down (range from $500-$2000 a week, although on the lower side of late). But with a ton of content that cycles daily (automated), there is still alot of potential for the right person who can promote the site.
It pays for my Viper, insurance and then some these days.

Manny, you need to start a used Viper lot to sell your excess and write off the costs of your remaining fleet! No charge for the idea.
