This is the program that I set all of my merchants up for. Business type will make a difference, but I will list the MOST expensive ever used. It only gets less expensive from here.

2.36% qualified discount rate
3.95% non-qualified discount rate TOTAL
.20 cent transaction fee
.05 cent AVS (address verification svc) fee per trans
$15 monthly discount minimum
$5 monthly statement fee
$39 annual customer service fee
$10 monthly Ecommerce Gateway access fee
.10 cent ecommerce transaction fee
$0 (zero) application fee
$0 (zero) setup fee
Equipment cost (if any is needed) will vary based on monthly volume.

An MSP/ISO of Visa/MasterCard, like us, cannot dictate the rates and fees for American Express or Discover as they are a seperate entity but we can establish the account for you. I have seen the rate for them go as high as 5%.
