What are the odds the killer happened to travel to the same location he fished at 90 miles away from their home to dump the body?????????

This migth come down to the jury going with their gut regardless of the evidence.

Don't know enough of the facts. The media has definatley painted him a murderer though.

At this point I think he did it. But after saying that what bothers me is the trial by media. Lets say I am wrong about him and he really didn't do it and ends up going free,This WILL stay with him forever. I think in order to get a FAIR trial the media should not be able to put you on trial before or during your trial. When thats DONE and if convicted, THEN let the media cover it in detail. Just my opinion.

Everyday one of the radio talk shows here has a Scott Peterson Trial Update
and every day they preface the segment with "remember we are making no judgements as to the guilt or innocence of the murderer Scott Peterson......."

You'd think that might get them in legal trouble if he is found not guilty.

Guilty as Sin, but not 1/10 the case (so far) as O.J.. So probably will be found Guilty.

Not at all. I might be out of line but I think if you are put on trial for a crime and NOT CONVICTED, you should at least be able to recover any legal fees that you spent on your defense,lost income while in custody, and a local public apology from the D.A.
