Nope, no basements in CA. Earthquakes would destroy a house with a basement. I would love to have the extra space though. I always wanted a game room with a small bar, juke box, and a pool table.

ACtually, no. I've never been there before. The only maintenance I've had done is oil/filter changes. Everything else is stock (except the stereo).

I live about 3 1/2 hours from where it's being built, so I only get the opportunity to see it once a month. It's going up ALOT faster than I thought!
