We need someone (or someones) to be involved in helping get content for the Rag. This means taking the time to round up the info about events of interest (V10 Nationals, Local events, VOI), tech tips (coordinating with tuners to get some articles), interviews (would be nice to get some itnerviews lined up with tuners, dodge reps, etc), owner profiles (work with owners to profile their cars) and other items worth writing about (computer giveaway, etc.).
In the past few months we've seen some really interesting stuff go by without any kind of effort to document it or write it up.
Clint has been busy of late and been unable to spend the time he would lie to on the project. If we can't line up a few good people to help keep the Rag idea alive, the first issue will be its last.
We need someone to coordinate all the activities - someone has to be looking for things that would be of interest and then find the people who could help produce the content (an Editor). That person has to be active in following up with people who can help write material.
That's a bummer Mike. You do so much and create great ideas for the site. There's gold in them hills but motivating people to find it and start digging is another story. I was excited to see another issue hit the pipeline and I have many more articles to submit. A Viper e-zine that started to capture attention on the net could bring huge traffic.
If we had a HOT Lois Lane that was interested in Vipers and wanted to cover events, editor in chief, then I'm sure we would have many mild manner reporters step up to the plate.
More effort goes into putting up pics and talking about storm clouds.......I'm not immune either.
