Are there any Ear/Nose/Throat Docs on here?
My 11 year old told me today that he couldnt breathe out of his nose. I thought maybe he was stuffed up but he said No, he hasnt been able to breathe well out of his nose for a few months. I never noticed any difference in him except that he has started to talk funny but nothing major and I attributed it to puberty. I'm calling in the morning to make an appointment for him but I've been worried about it all night. I've been doing google searches all night and scaring myself half to death.

Lego´s: our son did it at 3. We had to go to the hospital to get the legos removed!

Best get him to a Dr. ASAP.
I am not a DR. but my wife worked on an airway management floor as an RN for years and it almost sounds like he might have nasal/throat polyps.
just a guess.

Very good Toby!!!!
If you look into his nose with a small light and you see swollen like bags in his nose then he has Nasal Poylp issues.
Very easy to remove. Slight dicomfort to the individual. But after removed well breath a 1000 times better.

Could also be the onset of some allergy and/or asthma.

My asthma and allergies used to do that to me in the spring and summer sometimes but not for that long.
