Kenny Rogers is the father of twin boys
NASHVILLE (AP) — Singer Kenny Rogers and his wife, Wanda, are the parents of identical twin boys.
At 65, Rogers is still one of country music's most recognizable figures. He has released a double-CD set titled 42 Ultimate Hits.

The twins were born Tuesday morning in Atlanta, according to Claire Cook with Dreamcatcher Entertainment.
Justin Charles weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and his twin brother, Jordan Edward, weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces.
Wanda Rogers is an identical twin, and twins also run in Kenny Rogers' family, Cook said.
The 65-year-old singer has three children from previous marriages.
During his long career, Rogers has had dozens of hits on the pop and country charts, including Lucille,The Gambler and Lady.

Maybe it was his wife who felt cheated if he didn't impregnate her. After all, he gave babies to the rest of the women he married. She's probably 30 years younger than him.
BTW, why is it that some women are attracted to men 30 years their senior? Got any ideas?
At least he has the money to pay somebody to toss a ball around with the kids out on the lawn when they're ready to learn. I can't imagine being 80 years old and having my kids ask if they can borrow the car for prom night. [img]/images/graemlins/wink[/img]
And to answer Hog's question... 30 years difference is obscene IMO. Any more than 10-15 is pushing it if you ask me, and I like older men.

Can't imagine why a 20 year old would be attracted to somewone who could be their father or grandfather, but I think its mostly the money, but you know my father in law married someone who is 20 years younger, and she claims to really love him, etc. So I guess its just a preference for some women. I myself could not imagine that.

Why do women get knocked up before they have even the smallest amount of financial stability? If rich Kenny wants to drop a kid at 65 at least I won't have to pay for it, well not any more than I pay for everyone else's little bastards.
I thinks its stupid for women and men who have kids before they are financially able. I just think its stupid to have kids at age 65 when you probably won't live to see them turn 20. Even when they are 10 can you run around like a 30 year old father could when you are 75? Probably not. Why do I sense hostility towards women in your response.:O)
Mrs. Venom is correct. Having the ability to simply afford a child doesn't necessarily make you an apt candidate for the task. Children deserve years of rough housing with dad on the livingroom floor, not watching him use oxygen to walk from one room to the next. I feel the same about older women having children, too.
I read on this very forum a pretty good rule of thumb: Divide the man's age in half and add 7 years to find the minimum age that the man can relate to (for more than a few hours).
Kenny Rogers = 65/2 = 32.5 + 7 = 39.5
This has been interesting for me, however lately I've been exposed to a 65 yowho dumped a 32 yo he had been dating for 5 years to begin dating a 27 yo (just doesn't seem right) - and this hot 33 yo I've seen lately that tells me her most "meaningful" relationship was when she was 20 and the guy was 48.
