24\" rims on a Truck? Why?
Found this picture on another site, where Joe Wanna-be-a-Pimp put 24" rims on his 1/2 ton Furd Truck...........WHY? I can't imagine the price that took to buy those, how many burgers did Teeny Boye Slim have to flip to gay out this truck?

I have seen some 20's on trucks with 40 inch offroard tires. They look kick ass, but I don't like that one.

I think you need to follow the roots of where this came from. If you follow the line you will come to the Cholo rides of our friends South of the border.
It is ignorant in my book but then again it is not too hard to understand when you see where it came from.

If you are going to put wheels on a truck like that at least lower it first.....

If your going with big wheels thats cool, but put some tire on it and keep the load rating.
22.5's are cool

Re: 24\" rims on a Truck? Why?
I can't believe you guys go nuts over 19 to 20" wheels on a car, but you balk at 24's on a truck? I think large rims on a truck look pretty cool myself. And why is it everyones pat answer is "lower it"?
Here's what my truck looks like with 24's. I still have the stock 18's, but thinking of going to 22's.
