dude, check out the Plantation House while you are there for a nice meal and some great bananas foster. The view is intense at sunset. Have a safe trip.

i have no idea how big Maui is, is the Plantation House near the majority of the resorts? i want to go check it out, just curious how far you think it will be....

Plantation House is just north of where most people stay. Kanapali and the surrounding areas. Just up the highway from the Ritz, Maui is pretty small unless you wanna start going thru the mountain or off to Hana, otherwise everything is close together.

Just a thought...it is Wahine..and I think it is like sheep...it is singular and plural. Don't get mad...just wanted to make sure Red has the correct spelling for his love notes when he comes here to Hawaii. Try a Luau if you have a chance, they are pretty cool. Too bad I live on another island or I would definately show you around.

Go to the Dole Plantation on Oahu...

Do not fly Hawaiian, fly Aloha air to jump from island to island...

The Hilo side of the big island (Hawaii) is awesome...uninhabited and cool to trek through. You'll have a blast.

Maui is touristy, not as much as waikiki, but touristy....but beautiful, clean, and peaceful.

by the time you get back, I'll be packing to go.
