We tried to subdivide the house property, intot wo lots. It faile at the zoning level, (due to not enough members on the board)

Now she will not let me go forward because it will cut into her plans. She want to cut the price on the house and walk out. Means loosing around 150,000 in the pocket

Well you're half in this, assuming SHE paid for some of it, initially. Assuming. So she doesn't get to make a decision w/o your 100% support.
