Took the Viper back up to the casino last night and took it to the valet stand thinking they would let me park it myself (MCMM told me that they let him park his).
So the guy says "nobody is allowed in the parking garage, relax sir we've had cars like this before."
My reply: "Yeah, but those other ones weren't mine. Didn't you guys see Ferris Beullers Day Off?"
They got a chuckle out of it and then for the first time ever....someone else drove my car.
It turned out fine and I'll do it again, but for my first time I was a little nervous (insert CTBabs joke here).
I figured at the very least I made some valet attendants night.
Saw a valet park a car in downtown Portland about a year ago and WILL NEVER let someone else park my car. Also a few months ago in Chicago some guy let a valet park his graphite GTS who in turn did a little bump and park into a tight spot. Owner never saw it.
Glad things worked out with yours, but I just can't trust them.

In Vegas there are always exotics parked outside the main doors. This casino is not like Vegas in that it has some really weird restrictions (the casino is owned by the government).
I'm going to call my casino host and see if there's any way around this for future reference.

I only crashed one car when I was a valet! [img]/images/graemlins/laughing.gif[/img] Was doign a red five throught the light posts in the parkinglot and the tires kind of grabbd and went sideways into it. Good thing the guy had collision coverage! Chalked it up as a hit and run in the parkignlot. Damn shame we never got the license plate fo that car.
