Here's what I dont get.. these videos are delivered... usually over the internet which uses IP addresses. As a computer nerd, I dont see why they can't track this shit. IP addresses are traceable..

There is an Al Queda web site for cryin out loud. The web site is hosted by a provider. That provider's bill is being paid by someone. That someone must have a name and address to be billed to. Not to mention the domain name that he uses on his site... that is also registered to someone. These fuckers are trackable.
One of my daily tasks is keeping spam from our servers here. I tracked a lot of spam for a personal test... well 90% of it comes from China and Russia. I got their names, numbers and addresses. Hopefully there is a lot going on that we're not being told. For now, I just don't understand why this shit aint being traced.
