I have to run out in a bit, and have been only able to catch bits and pieces in the last 30 minutes. But the 550/575's are doing well in the GTS class for sure!
It's a shame there is no CC in the GTS class
64 corvette is currently first in class, 63 slammed into the tyre wall and a fix was needed, lost quite a few laps, the lead ferrari is just 10 seconds behind the class leading vette, I find myself routing for the vette's now thats rather strange !
Just got back, but was watching part of it earlier. What did that driver say when the C5 got smashed up? The anouncers appologized for his language
I'd like to see a Ferrari take home both the GTS and GT class.
The Vettes were looked at by most as hands down favorites in the GTS class because they were running CRAZY fast on the Michelin tires...but seems like they are having TONS of problems with not being able to stay on the track :::shucks::: im hoping to see the Ferrari cross in first as it currently is....wouldnt mind seeing all the Vettes end the race in the garage....DAMN IT DC, GET THE F BACK INTO INTERNATIONAL SPORTS CAR RACING!!!!!....send Oreca some comp coupes and let them work their magic!

It was the little Frenchie driver who wrecked a few seconds behind the C5. He was all pissed off at "the fucking cunt" behind him, whom he claimed ran him off the road. About an hour later they had a slow-mo replay, and there wasn't anybody behind him at all.
Did anybody catch the blurb where the C5 guys said they picked up a full 2 seconds per lap during qualifying just by switching rims???
Well the C5R team has done it with the victory in the GTS class. 1-2 no less.
Excellent work by those boys. Both cars had been damaged, but they still managed to pull the win. One of the drivers was one of our guys on the Oreca teams many moons ago, so you know the skill was there
Nice to see an American team victory, excellent work (even if it is a GM heh).
