When I was younger (20), I hooked up with a girl, and she ended up being under the age of consent.

Except that someone called the HRS and when they did that, it automatically placed me on one of their lists as 'Perpetrator Undetermined' status, which means there was no evidence of wrongdoing, and they couldn't handle it, so it's their way of screwing things up for others.
