NOOOOOOOO. NOOOOOOO. I was well over 200 and feelin good not 3 months ago. Then came alllll the way down for a basketball game we never played. I ran for 2 months straight to lose my weight to play Eric ( and didn't touch a weight). AND THAT TOOK MAXIMUM EFFORT! But we never played. I'm 2 weeks into working out again and the weight is coming back like it never wanted to leave! I guarantee! I guarantee! I'll be 200 next week! And then I STILL have 12 weeks left!!!
