Should the fact that she may or may not have had sex hours afterwards be presented in this case?
In America Kobe is completely innocent until proven guilty. By letting the jury know this girl had other sex partners does that prove that Kobe is innocent or just cloud the water. No is no and rape is rape no matter what her past is or is not. (I am not calling him guilty, just making a statement)

There is no such thing as a woman who gets raped. And violently I might add based on here statement, having bruises and hand prints on her neck. And then going and having sex afterwards.
