Driving in my truck today I saw someone hooded in all black..

..driving a beater with only thier eyes showing... It freaks me out!!! WTF???

My F150 sits above most vehicles, so it's easy for me to look into other peoples cars. Today was the second time in 2 months I've seen a person that was in thier car, dressed in all black, with only their eyes exposed. Before 9/11 I would have blown it off as Halloween costume, or a religious thing, but now is a different story. I never see people dressed like this walking around, only driving.

What am I missing????? Why do I only see these people while driving?? Is this the norm for anyone else?

These are called "hood rats"...Very common here in LA...Exterminate with extreme predjudice.

So far, yes. There was a big court case down here in FL about that a few months ago.
