I'm so fucking pissed right now. If I have to talk to anyone else today I'm gonna beat the shit out of something. At work, i have to deal with people coming in and bitching and moaning all the time about shit that I have no control over. Normally, I can handle it, but today, i guess I just blew my top. I have realised that even when you're nice and civil with people and go the extra mile to help them out, they still piss all over you. I'm gonna spend the next two days locked up in my house........alone. People suck!!
It's not so much the job, I like what I do, it's just when someone that you're trying to help that has absolutely no knowlege of something is arguing with you over something stupid. Example:
Customer: "What's that do?"
Me: "That's your hard drive. Without that you can't put info on your computer."
I thought it was funny when xxxxxxx's (we'll call them humungous wireless providers) servers (all 1800 of them) all crashed at 6am the other day [img]/images/graemlins/laughing.gif[/img]
Moral of the story: Don't push out a patch w/ a 6am supressed reboot when you didn't test it first

just be glad your customers are not throwing cold french fires at you when you just spent your last bit of energy squeezing an extra 1.00 out them buy hitting them with the sales pitch...
