Red5 Suspended!

Red5 went above and beyond the scope of the rules we have in place regarding threats. The moderators have been in counsel for a couple days and have decided by majority vote that action had to be taken. His account has been suspended for 1 week. This post serves to let the group know what we've done as there are no hidden actions here.

For future reference, ANY threats will not be considered grounds for (at least) a suspension to be considered by the mods.

SOOOOO, if you threaten, you had best make it funny and obviously so...or you run the risk of a vacation.

I just called him, he was quite surprised. I haven't been following the pi$$ing match between Serious Eric and Red5 but I am surprised that anybody would take Red5 seriously???? For God sakes he Auto-X's!!! [img]/images/graemlins/supergrin.gif[/img]

Just so that everyone understands, although I certainly don't speak for all the mods, we DO take this stuff seriously. We also, as you'd be blind NOT to notice, HATE using our wands! By removing threats from everyone's smack repertoire should have little impact on how things fly at the Alley. Hopefully, we mods can lay back on our respective fat asses again.....
