Raffle tickets for a lambo merc, but the fine print says "monies will be refunded if sales do not exceed cars value".

Raffles are usually TONS of red tape right? You can't just go "Well, I think I'll just raffle off a car (that I most likley don't own)".

And it's a yahoo account (figures).
