i am sooooo damn impressed with the CTS-V that i would consider trading my Denali in for it. it is a beautiful car, has an 8" screen navigation, and is fast as hell. BigC let me test drive it today, and talk about an experience!
the GTO is about what i expected performance wise, it handles a little better than i'd thought. it is still ugly as sin, but the fit and finish in the interior is actually not bad! is the car worth 35k? fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck no
We definitely put a hurtin' on both the GTO and the CTS today! Both of them are really nice rides, believe it or not.

i had a blast! nothing like ragging on a car and being able to put it back on the showroom floor
Car & Driver recently tested an M3 and M5 sedan. They got 0-60 in 5.0 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 13.4. It wasn't quite as fast as GM's performance claims, but it was a beaten press car, and they couldn't get it to launch well.
The M3 was quicker, but smaller, and they liked the M5 better, but not $20,000 better (their words).
I'm not a huge fan of the CTS's styling, but it says a LOT that Cadillac can actually be compared to Europe's better performance sedans now.
crockett, come pick me up in it. im interested in making a deal, and i need to test drive it in the snow to see if it is as safe of vehicle as i need...
