There is a reason that Taco Bell employees cannot participate in those drawings for free Chalupa's.. How is it ethical to sell tickets when those selling them can participate as well? I would just think officers of the club would be excluded for this obvious reason.

You think they would have been a little more strategic about it..Maybe have some Joe Schmo win it and then have him Claim that Arafat bought it from him.

They should have a clause in the drawing that states none of the VCA commitee or Exec's are eligible for the prizes..Kinda like Radio Stations do.
