What are these?
In the folder of C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/WBEM/Logs
Three files 1) wbemess 2) WinMgmt 3) wmiprov
What are these? I'm running XP.

Everything in WBEM is related to WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation). You can't delete them, but the typical user doesn't really need them, they're more oriented to machines running on corporate networks.
