Went ahead and picked it up today
Talked with the missus, and she gave me permission
So here you go...
The bag it comes in

The pistol itself

And a comparison between the Desert Eagle and the H&K USP

Does that take standard CO2 cartridges? and does it shoot regular sized pellets? or bb's?

Well, that's really not fully accurate either, because while you may not have had one in that caliber, just getting one in that caliber is not necessarily enough. For instance, you might want a small frame in that caliber and a large handgun in that caliber, to cover all the possibilities.
BTW, is there a good unbiased resource for determining rates of jamming for various firearms?

Sweeeet. Those are really nice. What type of Desert Eagle was that again? I've never seen one like that before; only the huge polished types you see on tv and the movies. I'd say yours looks less impozing, but when it comes to looking at the wrong end of a barrel they're ALL imposing.

It's known as the "Baby Eagle" or Jericho
And slaughter, you do have a point there. The Taraus Millenium PT-145 in .45 would make a nice compact. I have their 9mm PT-111 right now and love it for carrying.

As I'm sure you know, many people do not understand that you can't have too many guns. Something I don't understand is why you are only now getting a .45, that was my first gun!
