Hey Scottsdale is #2....why I have no idea, it is part of the whoel metro area? Interesting the average income is under $60k but the houses are nearly $250K???? So I guess that means that the average Joe is paying more than the property is really worth and is House Broke, nice house but cannot afford to have anything else? Scottsdale has nice shops and malls but you can build a fricken nice house on a decent size land and not stuck on 1/2 acre outside Scottsdale for $250K.

At least that is my opinion.
