When I am on this web sight and switch windows. Not every time, but like at least once a day I hear about 4 notes of a song. I think it's the song called "whats this life for".. it is the guitar part.

What webpage? You either have one of the following:
1) A page has a MIDI song embeded in it
2) One of those stupidass spyware programs that waves the american flag and plays a song every 20 minutes
3) a virus (unlikely) who's payload is a MIDI.
I'd lean towards the first and second one...most likely the 1st one.
I had one of those 3,000 watt competition stereos in my TBird SC a while back. Fucking bass fucked up my hearing for sure. I cant stand it being real quiet.
