I'm thinking of swapping my euro 2000 PCM for a US spec 2002 PCM, as the euro's are said to be a little restrictive and HP zapping, would it install OK and would the cam profile be the same

the euro cars dont have rear exhaust sensors, just the ones infront the cats
would i be asking for all sorts of trouble?
