I'm certainly not trying to speak for the tuner or the owner, but because I just happened to be standing there when they actually dyno'd the car, I do have some of those answers.
The car was dyno'd on 93 octane pump gas and the water/meth system that is included in the $14,900 UGR Paxton system.
