CS - the answer to your question is UGR and Paolo's systems are far superior to Heffners.
Paolo - I know how hard he works on his designs, and that his mind has spent 1000's of hours trying to perfect his designs and systems. Only a retarded fool would write Paolo off. Things will speed up for him when one of his customers gets a high powered car down the track close to its potential.
I think CPE and UGR need each other, there is nothing worse than having no one to play with.
UGR has the records, that is the one fact for now. If someone tops them, I don't see them lying down and giving up. That can only be good for the community
