She says she misspoke... you know, like: "I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky."
Misspoke is when you inadvertently confuse one word for another (ie.. your mom calls me by your brother's name). A lie is something that is fabricated. If you tell a lie enough, you might actually start to believe it... but that doesn't make it any less a lie.
