Easy. Some people like to buy things that are not used or molested by someone else. If he has the coin, then what do you care?
The FGT is a great car, but obviously that is a matter of opinion. His opinion is more important than yours, since he is the one buying. If you have not owned one, then I think your opinion of how great the car is or isn't, ain't worth shit. Other than a Ferrari, the FGT is one of the least depreciating cars out there. It is even gaining a little value.
