What does it matter what Heffner has to say? This whole purpose of this thread was for some bitch to whine after she didnt get her way. Sound to me like there is no pleasing her and I will be willing to bet after taking her shit for a while her new tuner will tell her to hit the road also...I have had customers like this, and nothing you do will ever please them so why continue to try. Then they run around and try to rally eveyone against you.
