In reality, I would build the car to that level, then rework the suspension and tire combo untill it did hook. Then I'd go for more power.... rinse, wash, repeat...
If a FGT can't hook at the same speeds TT Vipers do with the same level of power then something's very wrong. Perhaps it's because the FGT is mid/rear engined and has a higher yield of instant weight transfer, but less total weight transfer. Or at 120, the aero may be working against it.
