Okay, I've got the EMAIL back online (and moved everything over). I'm still hunting anything missing, so let me know.

Its gone suprisingly smooth - in fact, the only real glitch was the ISPs router not updating its arp table to forward our traffic to this new server. Once that was solved, we were back in business.
